When did you start photography…

I started seriously photography at the time of perusing my MVA in 2011 at Mysore, Karnataka. On same time my dearest friend gifted me a camera (Mr. G. R. Iranna, Contemporary Artist), as well as I decided submitted my dissertation on "Technology in Photography" to know more about the subject which involves me to take the shots of Streets, Portraits, Monuments and etc. So I have been continuing my journey.

Yours gears - then and now…

My first DSLR was a Canon EOS 450 D and a standard kit lens EF-S18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS. USMI added to it a 75-300mm 4-5.6 EF USM and Conon EF 50mm f/1.8 IS which opened the doors for me to portrait photography.
I currently Canon EOS Rebel T3 and standard kit lens EF-S18-55mm and EF28-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM lens for street photography, Conon EF 50mm f/1.8 for portrait photography.

What do you love to photograph…

I'm being a traveling person I used to come across lot of people especially children’s and the street where the people busy with their routine chaos, I love to take candid photographs of children's, their innocence expressions attract me a lot and arrest the emotions through my lens.

Why do you love this genre that you practice…

As I love to capture the images which are spontaneous and happening in the public places, which can depict whole drama in the image Portraits of the children's with their innocent faces. I feel to capture spontaneous image with available light creating a complex scenes taken in the public arena to create the image dramatic glimpse and to evoke stories in viewers mind rather than creating a ambience or deliberated shot related to day to day life.

Your most loved photo and why do you love it…

I love to capture and portray in Black and White images because they tell the soul of reality and Children's Portraits and documentary photography which attracts me more.

Your journey so far…

I believe in learning until the end, when you feel I learned, that day you lost the ground. So until my last breath became a learner.

Difference in ‘photography then’ and ‘photography now’…

When I started my photography, most of time I spent to watch the images and post processing videos in online and inspired by legendry photographer Kishor Parekh's Bangladesh war photographs especially inspired me lot. He changed my view towards the photography. Now I followed to suit facts of life, document truths of life. Now I am more interested in documentary photography in colored or black white format where I want create awareness to the society through my images to understand the humanity.

Your future plans…

I want to do documentary projects on some fundamental issues related to society.

Your suggestions for the budding photographers…

A dream doesn't become reality through magic; it takes its own journey by dedication, determination and attitude towards hard work. The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination, whether we win or lose, we have to give the best of ourselves.
"Practice makes each shot perfect" and follow the truth of your inner heart, it makes good future for you. Don't believe in luck, believe in hard work, it’s all depends on how you present yourselves.
